Access to Health Records & Consumer Rights

In accordance with Texas House Bill 4224 and Texas Health & Safety Code Chapter 181, Becoming to Belong Counseling, PLLC provides consumers with the following information regarding access to health records and consumer protections.

Clients may request access to their health care records by submitting a written request to Becoming to Belong Counseling, PLLC.
